SCHEDULE A VISIT

Registration for our fall 2023 admissions events is now closed. 

We will open event registration for families interested in applying for the 2025-26 school year in late August.  We look forward to welcoming visitors throughout the year and can’t wait for you to experience our students exploring, engaging, connecting, and thriving in the classroom and beyond. 

There are a variety of opportunities for parents and guardians to learn more about what makes our community so special. Get started by creating an account in Ravenna and scheduling your visit.

 

Parent/Guardian Tours

In-Person: The Admissions Director and Head of School lead small group tours from September through January. Tours take place weekday mornings, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and are about 60 minutes in length.
 
Virtual: If you aren't able to join us on campus or would prefer a virtual experience, the Admissions Director leads four virtual tours throughout the fall.

We are offering both in-person and virtual admissions events this fall:

Wednesday, October 18 at 9:00 a.m.

[On-campus]: Early Childhood & Elementary Programs Open House (PreK4 - Grade 4)
Wednesday, November 8 at 9:00 a.m.

[On-campus]: Middle School Program Open House (Grades 5 - 8)
Wednesday, December 6 at 9:00 a.m.

[Webinar]: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at CHDS:  Wednesday, January 17 at 9:00 a.m.

Parent/Guardian Meetings

Parent Meetings (Optional)

We are excited to offer optional virtual Parent/Guardian Meetings to parents and guardians of applicants to all grades Pre-K through 8th. A 30-minute one-on-one Parent Meeting with the Admissions Director via Zoom allows you time to ask questions and share additional information about your child and family.
