Summer Camp 2016 is a happy memory. Watch for information about Summer Camp 2017 in January! Capitol Hill Day School Summer Camp offers seven one-week sessions, each with a variety of programs for young people ages four to fourteen. The day begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Extended care is available from 8 to 9 a.m. and from 4 to 6 p.m.
Many of the instructors are CHDS teachers and members of the School’s After School Program staff, as well as other invited professionals. The number of campers in each group is limited to 20, 25, or 30, depending on the program. At least two adults are always with each group.
Campers are grouped by age:
• Early Childhood: PreK – 1st Grade
• Elementary: 2nd – 4th Grade
• Upper: 5th – 8th Grade
