Capitol Hill Day School offers several options for the payment of tuition and fees.

Families may pay the tuition annually, in one lump sum, due by July 1st preceding the commencement of the academic year. 

 Under the quarterly payment plan, tuition is due in four equal installments (June 1, September 1, December 1, and March 1) and may be pre-paid at any time.

A ten-month payment plan is also available, with monthly payments beginning May 1. The ten-month plan can be arranged through the business office.

The obligation to pay the fees for the full academic year is unconditional, with no refunds for absence, withdrawal, or dismissal. A Tuition Refund Plan is available to enable parents to meet this obligation. Enrollment may be canceled in writing prior to July 1. Upon such cancellation, the Refundable Security shall be forfeited. (See the Enrollment Contract, last paragraph.)
