"I admire Capitol Hill Day School for adhering to their progressive roots at a time when the pressure is fierce to shade toward more traditional practices, especially in urban areas like DC. It all comes down to doing what they believe is best for kids - providing the programs that will engage their interests. In an era where schools are driven by performance on standardized tests, this is a noble commitment."
