Dear Students and Parents:
This is the registration form for Friday, March 15, 2019 for all grades.
If you are signing up multiple children, please fill out (1) form per child.
The deadline to return forms is Friday, March 8, 2019. Your child must be registered in ASP in order to attend. Children should bring a morning snack and drink. Pizza lunch will be provided. Children will be served an afternoon snack. Please do not allow children to bring money or electronic games.

In order to offer special trips and activities during the ASP Family Conference Camp, spaces have been limited to the following:
UPPER (Grades 5-8): 25 students
ELEMENTARY (Grades 1-2): 25 students
ELEMENTARY (Grades 3-4): 25 students
EARLY CHILDHOOD (Grades PK-K): 25 students
